Childrens Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

At Henshall BJJ we offer amazing classes for your children ages 6 to 14 years old.  The benefits of children training martial arts includes the obvious increased: self-confidence, discipline, and co-ordination.

Our classes are structured into levels;

Level 1 - is suitable for total beginners, Most children will stay in this level for around 6 months while we show the basics and play a lot of grappling based games.

​

level 2  - once children have moved into the level 2 classes they are introduced to 'rolling' and more diverse techniques to build their individual 'games' 

​

level 3 - these classes are for competitors or children at a competiton level.

​

Your childs first class is free, prices thereafter are £40 per month for a single membership or £60 per month for a family (siblings) membership.
